Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Everest Hotel & Restaurant Supplies Sdn Bhd.

Returns

To be eligible for a Refund or Exchange, please refer to the Terms and Conditions as stated below,

  1. Damaged items received: Please contact us upon receiving your order indicating the order number and receiving date within the time duration as indicated below based on your shipping location.
  • West Malaysia : within 7 days from the receiving date.
  • East Malaysia  : within 10 days from the receiving date.
  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. The item It must also be in its original packaging.
  3. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There might be certain situations where a Refund is Not Possible or only a Partial Refund will be granted (where applicable) based on the Terms & Conditions as below,

  • Items with obvious signs of use or with damages or defects as a result of improper use or application.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, the procedures to process your refund ( if granted ) will be as below,

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. After which, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If the refund is approved, you will be notified through email and your refund will be processed either through the Payment Gateway system or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or through the original method of payment.
  4. Refunds will usually take within 7 – 14 working days to process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In the event that you have not received a refund, please proceed with the steps below to follow through on the process of the refund or alternatively, you may contact us directly at  info@everesthrs.com and our Team will be more than happy to offer their assistance on the matter.

  1. First, check your bank account.
  2. If the request for refund is to be reverted back into your Credit Card, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If the request for refund is to be reverted back into your Bank Account, contact your Bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@everesthrs.com.

Clearance items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded (if included in above mentioned condition only), unfortunately, Clearance Items may not be refunded.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
